On the last evening of the festival, the artistic director Paolo Santamaria handed the prizes of the respective categories into the hands of the winners.
The Best Feature Film went to “Entroterra. Memorie e deisderi delle montagne minori” by the Bolognese collective Boschilla, a film that tries to reconstruct the recent depopulation processes of the Italian Apennines. Antonio Spanò was awarded with the prize for Best Short Film and mention for Best Documentary Short Film with his “Animal Park”, a raw story of the work of the park rangers of the Virunga National Park in Congo.
